What's with the 'fee' that always comes up for viewing the details on foreclosure homes? I asked a Realtor friend to help and she told me she doesn't work with foreclosures - and that I shouldn't 'mess with them anyway' . . . I'm new at this but I think I can probably figure it out on my own with the tools here on the site.
