So is that all I need to do? I posted my home for sale in the GLS on the site, and now it shows up in the search, which is cool. That was immediate, and I was suprised that noone called bothering me either. I would like to know what else I can do to sell my home online as well as what has worked for others. I'm thinking about the yard sign ...

If the house is too bad in shape better get it demolished and get a new one built if you really love the location.

I'm doing some research for MyRealty to find foreclosures in every market in the country.  We hope we're able to help.  This would be the place to go if you need any. 

My neighbor has been trying to sell his house for almost 18 MONTHS!  Now he feels he should raise the price--yes, raise, as in higher--because he feels his home has appreciated during it's time on the market.  He's gotten rid of his realtor and is trying to sell on his own.  I hope the best for him but I hate seeing the neighborhood ...
