I checked with a local broker but got attitude - and a ridiculous price (they said I had to price it far below market in order to get a quick sale)  what's the point in that? If I cannot pay back my loan and make up what I owe, I'm sunk anyways.   Any advice or resources are appreciated. I've got just a couple months (I think?!) left to make this ...
