So is that all I need to do? I posted my home for sale in the GLS on the site, and now it shows up in the search, which is cool.
That was immediate, and I was suprised that noone called bothering me either. I would like to know what else I can do to sell my home online as well as what has worked for others. I'm thinking about the yard sign ...

Have you spoken with the experts at Home Depot or Lowe's yet? Your local home center should have some great examples, brochures, and contractors to handle the installation and questions. Many locations also offer training classes to help you with your DIY projects such as this.
