I checked with a local broker but got attitude - and a ridiculous price (they said I had to price it far below market in order to get a quick sale) what's the point in that? If I cannot pay back my loan and make up what I owe, I'm sunk anyways.
Any advice or resources are appreciated. I've got just a couple months (I think?!) left to make this happen, should I sell myself, advertise, find an investor?
It seems like a person should be able to find an investor to buy their property in situations like this but so far all of the 'we buy houses' people are just scheisters looking to rip me off and pay me pennies on the dollar. No dice.
