My neighbor has been trying to sell his house for almost 18 MONTHS! Now he feels he should raise the price--yes, raise, as in higher--because he feels his home has appreciated during it's time on the market. He's gotten rid of his realtor and is trying to sell on his own. I hope the best for him but I hate seeing the neighborhood littered with 'for sale' signs. The 'mass exodus' look must work against them. Their overpriced homes are bringing down the value of mine!
